Linking Wiser to Google home app

Hi guys,

I have a Wiser hub linked with Wiser freestand switch. I'm trying to connect Wiser account to Google home app via set up device -> works with Google. Basically following Wiser instructions, (https://youtu.be/ySHXO8xpgPc). Wiser app tells me that Google Assistant is successfully authorised, but for some reason the wiser devices doesn't show up in Google Home app so that I could allocate them in correct rooms.

Any advices how I can get control over Wiser via google just like I can control all Philips Hue stuff?

Hi Rooroo,

Thanks for posting and apologies if you had a hard time.

For confirmation: are these smart switches from Wiser by SE? Are these smart switches for your lights? What Nest speakers do you have? Are all your devices on the same Wi-Fi network and under the same account? Let us know so that we can isolate your concern. In the meantime, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot on all your devices, starting with your router as the main focal point. Save your Wiser devices for last. Plug them back in after 3 minutes and tell us how it goes.
