Google Hub quick phrases

Hey Google, we here in NZ don't get much range of your nest devices in the regions so I wasn't aware that the nest hub want fully featured (vs the hub max).

It's really disappointing that you guys haven't allowed the hub to work with quick phrases.

Furthermore, it's frustrating that you haven't been more proactive in engaging your user base around wake words and finding out how much interest there is for allowing it's customisation. Commentary suggests you've declined in the past due to a lack of customer interest.

I would love it if you guys would consider changes in these areas in due course.
