can i install 2 Gen wired nest doorbells (front &rear)on my existing door chime which says16vac on the cover and 16V 10VA transformer .

Good question. Yes, this should work as the required voltage for Nest Doorbell (wired) is 16 to 24 V AC North America and 12 to 24 V AC Globally. For power its 10 to 40 VA (North America) and 8 to 40 VA (Global).
