With everything off the fan keeps coming on. How do I stop the fan from running.

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Does your fan still run after removing the device from the baseplate? If the system continues running beyond five minutes, after the thermostat has been removed from the backplate, the problem lies in the control system of your furnace. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
