Having trouble setting up Chromecast and connecting to new wifi

Hi. I have new wifi but unable to change the wifi of chromecast from old to new.

On Google home, the dongle is not not being picked up so unable to change setup.

Plugged out and in, no reset button on dongle. "Reconnect me" keeps on being diaplayed on the TV.

Please help.
