Chromecast error with YouTube restricted mode

Hello,

When I try to cast YouTube videos on my Chromecast, it says it can't play the video as restricted mode is on. I have reset the Chromecast, changed setting on YouTube multiple times. Can anyone help?

Here is how to turn restricted mode on or off. If you are not the account that set it up, you may not be able to turn it off. If you are a Family Link account you cannot turn it off.
