&lt;P&gt;I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using (Android, iOS)? Are you connected to your Wi-Fi network or mobile data? If Wi-Fi network, how far are you from your Wi-Fi router? Try clearing the cache of your Google Home app, then reboot your phone to see if that helps. Also, reinstalling the app might do the trick.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Nest aware recording issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My nest doorbell will send me notifications sometimes that a person was seen when I click on the notification it will say no event recorded. This doesn't happen all the time but it has happened&amp;nbsp; a few times. Why does this happen and how do I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
