Using Nest mini in uk

I was given this device by my daughter for Christmas but I live in the UK. Will it be damaged by our higher voltage ? Do I need to use a step down transformer?

You simply need an adapter from the plug type of wherever it was purchased to the UK 3 PIN plug.

Assuming you get an adapter from a reputable supplier, it won't damage the device.
