Nest thermostat

Nest thermostat not switching to eco on it's own. I had the nest app but I offload it. Using only Google home app.

Settings use home on

Phone location On

The touch control &

motion sensor On

I understand you can reboot the nest yet I have no idea how to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
