Advanced home automation (dimming lights)

What I’d like to do using a voice command, is to say the command (e.g. watch a movie), for my WiFi lights to gradually dim. I get that I could do this manually, by adding a command like lights 99%, lights 98% etc, with a one second delay. However, I’ve got 4 WiFi bulbs in the room, so that’d mean I’d have to program over 800 commands (including light brightness and delays).

is there any easier way I can do this or achieve the same outcome?
