Nest thermostat e password help

I have been out of town and when arriving home, I had to have a new wifi installed. Now my Nest e is asking for a 4 digit pssscode- I have no idea what it is and cannot find help to reset it. Can anyone help?

@Missaha, I'm checking back in. How's it going? Have you had a chance to unlock your thermostat? If not, you can also give these steps a try:

Press and hold your thermostat's screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down.
Wait until it reboots.
Check if it's no longer asking for a PIN code.
If it continues to inquire about a code. Remove the thermostat display from its base.
Connect the display to a computer (Windows, MacOS, Chrome) using a USB cable.
Look for a folder named "TechnicalInfo.PLIST."

Please let us know if you find the folder and what operating system you're using.
