Unable to hear from Nest Hub

I can hear voice when I speak to Google Nest Hub Max live from my Google pixel 7 phone but I cannot hear voice from my Nest Hub Max - please advice?

Thanks for posting in the community and apologies for the late response.

To clarify, are you unable to hear a voice on the Pixel phone when talking from your Nest Hub Max? If yes, please turn off/on the microphone on your Nest Hub Max. If the issue persists, reboot it.
