&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update. Could you try these additional steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Unplug the power cord.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Hold down the volume buttons and plug in the power cord at the same time.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Wait for the device to turn on.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Release the volume buttons.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Once the device is in recovery mode, try resetting your display again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Google Nest hub Display off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello i have Google Nest hub and it's display is off and all the voice commands were working good. I had problem with only screen display. I also done factory reset but didn't get display back. Could anyone help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's me help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did it start happening? Where and when did you purchase your Google Nest Hub? Also, are you still using the original power cable and adapter? Try to plug it in to a different power source to see if you'll get the same result.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We got it as gift. And it was purchased on 2019 i guess. We have not used it for couple of months and plugged in few days back and the result was that. And yes,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="16750718478362211237839183648832.jpg" style="width: 3296px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/20867i17AEDD729527B51E/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="16750718478362211237839183648832.jpg" alt="16750718478362211237839183648832.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are using the original adaptor though the background is like showing the display but on the front the screen is black and we can see little display on the edges of the screen. We tried in different sockets too but the same thing happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
