Nest restart

Need help with getting my nest disconnected from whatever account i tied it to 6 years ago. trying for the least painful approach but is looking like a total rest will be the way to go.

Anyone have other ideas or experience?

Hey there, rnf and members. I'm probably looking for the same thing. We had to replace our Nest Router and we went the TP Deco set of routers and I have a small google display and 3 nest minis that I need to reset because it keeps saying they have previously been set up and need to be factory reset. I have no idea how to do this. Help, Pretty PLEASE.

If you don't have access to your old network or if you can't remember the account sign into it, you can perform a factory reset. You can check this article for the steps on how to reset your Google Nest device.
