How do you choose your utility in the app settings? I tried to set it and it doesn’t let me edit

I'm not sure but I think they're talking about the Device Utility app:

It’s in the nest renew settings. I’d like to put in our solar panels and choose our provider

tried pasting in a screenshot but can’t seem to. At least on the phone.

Please check out this article with ways on how to enroll with Nest Renew via the Nest Renew website or from the Nest app. Also, here's an article about the Nest Renew's availability. Please review the article with all the requirements to see if you are eligible, and let me know if you have more questions.
