Google nest thermostat

I just want to know what the top 2 wires are. None of the pictures I've seem have those 2 upper wires (OT or QT). I want to get a google nest but I don't think it's compatible. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd love to know more about it. Could you please share a photo of the wires connected to your control board? Also, provide the make and model of your Honeywell thermostat and your HVAC system.
