Is there any way to share my nest camera with my friend down the street if so could someone help with it's

It depends on which camera you have. If you have an older Google Nest camera that works in the Google Nest app, you can share a public or private link to your camera's feed (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9227530?hl=en).

However, if you have a newer Google Nest camera that works ONLY in the Google Home app, the only thing you can do is to invite your neighbor into your Google Nest "household", giving them complete access to and control of your Google Nest devices (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535?hl=en).
