Google Home to Vizio Smartcast

I have my vizio smartcast set up through the Google Home app. I have my Google photos set up as the ambient mode when my TV is not in use. I'm wondering if there's a way to make the ambient mode come on in a quicker? I know you can adjust how long the photos are visible once the ambient mode begins, but how can I make it come on sooner? Also, can I start the ambient mode manually?

Hey there Blturner,

I apologize for the late response on this thread; your patience is appreciated! At the moment, there isn't a way to set the timeout period for Ambient Mode. However, this would be a useful feature. If you don't mind, would you be able to submit feedback via the Google Home app to let Google know this is something you'd like to be able to do in the future?
