MI TV stick and my mobile is connected to different wifi network, how do pair them both using a QR code option so that I could cast the videos to the TV stick.

Welcome to the Google Nest community. If it works anything like Chromecast (which I suspect it probably does), your phone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want to connect your Mi TV Stick to.

For further support with your device, and to get the best support with it, you need to contact Xiaomi support directly, as they are best placed to assist you.
