&lt;P&gt;This is not the experience that we wanted you to have; let me help you out. A few things: Is the issue isolated to this application only? What is the light status of your Chromecast when it freezes? What steps have you taken to fix the issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/2WJrahO" target="_blank"&gt;Reset&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast with Google TV.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For last 6 Chromecast / App for KAYO SPORTS will not STEAM live IPhone and IPad fine . Then normal GOOGLE TV&amp;nbsp;Apps drop out / freeze after viewing a movie . In&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;desperation I bought new the latest GOOGLE CHROMECAST 4K , loaded all ok and still have the same problem .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help line and contact to GOOGLE &amp;nbsp;will not progress to a solution .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
