I get this when I scan QR code on the back of the unit. Also it won't connect to WiFi and I move the mesh right next to it? Help

I'm sorry for the delay and trouble. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Are you getting any messages while connecting to your Wi-Fi network? What phone are you using to set it up (Android, iOS)? Do you have other Nest devices? Also, how far is your thermostat from your Wi-Fi router?
