Reset factory head link problem

Hello,

I need some help with heat link, i can't turn on the blue led, the led is still orange after resetting it.

I pres the button a couple of times over 30 sec, still no change.

UPDATE: think my problem was the electrical supply. After I used power directly from the socket and not with a mobile phone charger everything work fine.
