Thanks for posting, @Scott007. Please inform me if you're still having trouble with your thermostat's temperature being reported by the Google Assistant in Kelvin instead of Celsius. I'd like to dig deeper into this: what Google Assistant device are you using? What's the model of your thermostat? When did your device start reporting in Kelvin? Were there any recent changes made in your Google Home app?
