Feature request: ability to create, pause, and resume, more than one stopwatch

I had a stopwatch paused on a Nest Hub 2nd gen. "hey google, start a new stopwatch" "Ok, resuming," and resumes the paused stopwatch. "hey google, start a new stopwatch" "Ok, resuming," and resumes the paused stopwatch.

We can create multiple timers. Why not multiple stopwatches?
Sometimes you need to time more than one thing to compare and contrast, rather than count down from a set time. (This is different to the standard "lap" functionality stopwatches has.)
