How do we categorize our feedback in this forum?

In a thread, Google community manager asked people to categorize their feedback:

Click Start a conversation to make a new post
Choose the Issue Category Voice Command Feedback

I see no option to choose a category when making a new thread.

Did you remove that feature?
Are you not categorizing posts? Or are you, but you're doing it for us?
How do we make sure our feedback is being correctly categorized?

Yes, but I'm busy. If you leave the thread open, I'll get to it.

I need to take some time to try duplicate the issue again, since right now, I'm seeing the categorization options again, whereas previously I wasn't.

Still, the categories I'm now seeing, which I will screenshot, aren't enough. That's a separate but related issue.
