      <description>&lt;P&gt;How best do I get an update on a claim I put in?&amp;nbsp; It has been five days and I have not heard back.&amp;nbsp; Was hoping for a speedy response as I need the backplate of my doorbell replaced (for some reason you can't buy one) that broke when installing it.&amp;nbsp; In the meantime I kinda have a whole in my stucco wall with live cables sticking out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
