The Routine no longer starts

Hello all

i created a time-based routine, every day at 7 in the morning the specker starts playing music, at 7.15 it turns up the volume, at 7.30 it tells the time, at 7.45 it starts screaming (turn it up).

But for a few days the routine hasn't started anymore, and I can't find any errors in the activity list

How can i correct?

I think they've made some unannounced changes on the back-end of things. I was having a similar problem, and needed to re-select the speaker for the announcement segment of the routine. Screenshots added to help guide you:

Ok, thank you for your suggestion, i changed the automation, i'll tell you tomorrow morning if something changed.

No need to wait - you can test if a routine will work correctly by tapping on the arrow to the right of its title.

Yes I know, but it is a routine time based and don't have any play button

The routine not started at the time setted... i don't know why...

The only other possibility that I can think of is that you didn't save the changes by tapping the check mark in the upper right hand corner.

Plus, you can test a routine without the play button by adjusting the trigger time for 3-5 minutes ahead of the current time - rather than waiting another day.

i tried to create a new routine for test, but not start or start partially, for example ignore some commands in the first time or jump at the second time directly...

Hurry, thanks for posting. Were you able to reach our support team? If so, could you provide the case number so we can further check? Also, are you trying to create a personal routine? Check out the steps below for guidance.

Open the Google Home app .
On the Home screen , tap Routines New Personal.
- If you don't find Routines , learn why Routines might not show.
To name your Routine, next to "New Routine," tap Edit .
- If you add a voice starter before you name your Routine, the voice starter becomes the name.
Add the starters and actions you want.
If your Routine is set to start automatically and includes actions with audio, select the device you want the audio to play on.
- At the bottom, tap No device for audio.
- Select the device.
- Tap Save.
Tap Save.

You can find your new Routine in the list under "Your Routines." This list also includes some ready-made Routines that you can edit.

Note: "I'm home" and "Leaving home" are both ready-made personal Routines that don't use presence sensing. To create household Routines that start when everyone's away or someone comes home, set up Home & Away Routines.

Hello Juni,

unfortunately I was unable to contact support as DWB1973 suggested.

I tried to create a new routine as you suggested, including setting for each action block the device on which to execute them, but it doesn't start or partially starts at an intermediate time set inside the routine.

For example, it doesn't do the 7.00am actions, but it does do the 7.30am actions...
