Govee home not linking

I’m trying to connect my Govee home lightbulbs but when I log in, it says account linked and nothing else pops up.

Hi Arnaldojavier,

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: Is the Govee app linked before, or is this the first time? Are you able to control the lightbulbs using the Govee app? Is the Google Home app updated? Also, what steps have you taken so far?

Relink the Govee app and observe if it will make a difference.
