Removal of Nest Cam from device listings within the Google Home app if I no longer possess camera

I recently upgraded my Google Nest camera from the first generation to the second generation. I am now unable to remove the first-generation camera from the Google Home app. I would like to remove the old camera without having to recreate my home, as seemingly advised elsewhere. I have over 20 devices in my home, and I do not want to spend half a day re-adding them all.

Can you please advise me on how to remove the old camera from the Google Home app?

Resolved. I had to go to home.nest.com and ultimately remove the device from there.
