Unable to join family group

i was trying to Join my wife with my Google account through family sharing invitation, while accepting the invitation , it is showing error as that both of us in differnt countries. Pls let ke know how to match same country/ location in both the account. As i had already removed the all addresses from both account, still i am getting same error.
