Kogan Smarter Home routines arent working anymore

Hi.

I used to be able to run my kogan Smarter Home routines when I said "I'm home" or "Goodbye" or "Goodnight" etc.

Now everytime I ask Google to do some home automation thing it does single item commands like "turn on all lights" but it won't activate any routines whether requested directly or indirectly?

I have reconnected Kogan Smarter home many times but it still wont activate any kogan smarter home routines.

Any ideas??

Hello MikeStan,

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Remove the actions to control your Kogan Home devices from your routines. Once done, ask your Google Home, "Hey Google, sync my devices." You can then re-add an action for Kogan Home to one of your routines. Let us know if it works now or not. Here's a support article for more information.
