If you've already changed your Wi-Fi settings and cannot set the network name (SSID) and password to the ones used on the old router/modem, then, as @RXShorty said, you'll have to do a factory reset.

Hi @Isabelnkeyd

The easiest way to fix your issues is to change your new WiFi settings to match your old ones.
If that is not possible most of your devices need a factory reset to change WiFi settings.

What Google device are you using? If it is the Chromecast you can factory reset it pretty quickly and set it up like a new device.

I have a similar problems but the factory re-set did not fix it. Any other suggestions would be welcome. In my case I installed a new modem/router which I gather is the problem but the wifi is working fine so I am unsure what to do.
