Nest Wifi Pro won’t connect (set-up)

My nest wifi pro won’t connect as I’m setting it up for the first time. The blue light won’t come on to initiate the setup. Factory reset hasn’t worked - Fiber jack shows solid green power & optical lights, flashing green network light. Any tips?

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Make sure that your Fiber jack has an internet connection. Once confirmed, connect your Google Nest Wifi Pro to it using an Ethernet cable. Factory reset your device first before going through the setup process again. If you encounter an issue, take a screenshot of it and share it with me here.
