wyze camera not playing in google home

the new google home has a camera tab where it shows my wyze cameras but they appear offline on the google home app but they are fully functional and work in the wyze app. unlinking and relinking the wyze account did not work to fix the problem. any suggestions? thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues streaming your Wyze camera on the Google Home app. To confirm, has it worked before?

Please note that there are some cameras that don't support streaming on a third-party app. I suggest that you try reaching out to the manufacturer to check with them if your cameras support those features.
