I have purchase some Moe's bluetoothglobes that are compatible with google assist. I have tried everything to connect them, you can see them but they say they are not responding or connected. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Sorry to hear about your experience. To confirm, do you have a Google Home/Nest device? Are you trying to connect a smart light device? Are you able to control it from the native app? What is the specific command that you're saying?
