I have a feit wifi rgb smart light bulb but won't let me go full brightness while in color. But the same bulb under the same everything hasn't had that problem..

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your bulbs. Since other bulb is working, have you already tried reaching out to the manufacturer to check if the other bulb is defective?
