I just bought a nest camera for my puppy and wanted to share a link to the camera to family and friends, how would I go about doing that?

It depends on which camera you bought.

The older cameras that get installed in the Google Nest app and are no longer being sold by Google Nest can share their video feed via a shared link (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9227530).

The newer cameras that get installed in the Google Home app can only share their video feed by inviting the persons to join your Google Nest "household" and granting them full access to all your devices.

Google Nest does not seem to maintain a list of feature requests anywhere.

You could try leaving "feedback", but you won't hear back from Google Nest:
