Automations not working on nest 2nd generation

After having implemented some automations within the home app while using a nest hub 1st generation, I added a Nest hub 2.generation. The automations cannot be triggered though Google assistant on the 2nd generation (the little loading thingy at the top left of the screen only appears very shortly, nothing happens). I reset the Nest hub 2nd generation and reinstalled the home app. unfortunately the respective automations cannot be modified or deleted within the home app in iOS (click on the automation only leads to blank page). Any idea how to solve this issue?

When I tried to start the automation on the screen itself (not using the voice command), it notified me, that the language google assistant was set to (German) was not supported or something similar. Adding „English Uk“ to the languages I want to use Google Assistant with somehow solved the problem. The Automation works now via voice command (although being in German) weird, but anyway… 🙂
