Does anyone know how I can recover any footage for my nest cam?

If by "recover footage" you mean retrieving video history that has been deleted because it is beyond your subscription period, you cannot do that.

"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."
