Google nest and Alexa

Google nest and Alexa are working together when the door bell button has been pushed. But Alexa will NOT notify me if motion has been detected, Any suggestions?

Did you enable the feature after the connection between Google and Alexa? 😊
According to THIS page there are some extra handling required.

Yes, I have the motion enabled on Alexa as well. I have turned everything, off and then back on, I have deleted the devices and re-added. Just no having any luck. Works great when the doorbell is pressed but not when motion is detected. I get a google home notification but no Alexa.

@kjharp, a few questions: was this feature working on your Alexa device before? If yes, when did the issue start? What country are you from?

Make sure that your Alexa device is using the latest firmware version. Try to power cycle both your Nest Hello Doorbell and Alexa devices.
