EWPE app and Google home

Google home says the device is offline. Google home reports the device offline but the EWPE smart app controls it without a problem. No matter what i do it doesnt work. It keeps saying check if it works with the app. 😞

Hello!

I have Google Nest hub (2nd gen). I have an Inventor Nemesis pro Ac. I add it according to the manual to the EWPE Smart app. Then it is able to be used through that application which sees it as online. This application is partnered with google. So it is possible to add the devices that are working there to be used through it by linking the program. However even though the device is online in the app, google assistant says it is offline and that i should check if it is online on the app. Which it is. And it just wont take any command. So i just have to use the app instead. 😞 and it doesnt work.

Understood. You can relink EWPE to Google Home app and observe if it will make a difference.
