Any ideas on how to fix? If I delete app and reinstall do I loose all my data and settings?

Hi Zoman,

Thanks for posting. Are you referring to the Google Home/Nest app? If so, you won’t lose all your data and settings when deleting and reinstalling the app. You just need to make sure that you will log in the correct Gmail account you used to initially setup your devices.
