Home App For My Doorbell keeps crashing. NEST

Please help.

My Nest doorbell camera app keeps crashing while i view on my phone and on my laptop.

Can you help please? Also, the tabs and options that are available on my phone are not available when I log in on my computer. Can you help with this also.

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made prior to the issue starting? What phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Also, what steps have you taken so far?

Note: The Nest web app can control cameras and devices that were set up with the Nest app. A few advanced features of the Nest camera and doorbell, Nest Aware, and other Nest products and services are only available in the computer version of the app. Other features are disabled on the computer version for security reasons.
