Nest points not connecting

Recently while cleaning the garage our primary Nest Wifi Point disconnected. Later on I had chose to make a whole new Wifi, factory reset my Nest Wifi Points, and delete my Home. In the process of making the new Wifi and adding new Points, the second and third Wifi points would turn blue, pulse blue, nothing, and then slowly pulse orange. How can we fix this to connect it to our primary point?

Yes I used the steps but it didn’t work out for me, but a few days ago we were able to get all 3 points back up. Thanks!
