    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having issues with my nest learning thermostat that is connected to my trane package AC is someone could help I'd appreciate it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. cooling only stage 2 works, when it's on stage one the compressor works but not air comes out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. heating doesn't work at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I know it's been a while, and I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue activating your HVAC system. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your Nest Thermostat’s power reading is below what it needs, there is a tendency that it'll have power issues to control your system. To check, go to Settings &amp;gt; Technical Info &amp;gt; Power. To isolate:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When did you install your Nest Thermostat?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does it have a C wire connected?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you see any wiring reports? If so, what's the message?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Please share with us a photo of its wiring setup.&lt;/LI&gt;
