Nest learning thermostat issue

Hello,

I'm having issues with my nest learning thermostat that is connected to my trane package AC is someone could help I'd appreciate it

1. cooling only stage 2 works, when it's on stage one the compressor works but not air comes out.

2. heating doesn't work at all

I know it's been a while, and I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue activating your HVAC system. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

If your Nest Thermostat’s power reading is below what it needs, there is a tendency that it'll have power issues to control your system. To check, go to Settings > Technical Info > Power. To isolate:

When did you install your Nest Thermostat?
Does it have a C wire connected?
Do you see any wiring reports? If so, what's the message?
Please share with us a photo of its wiring setup.
