Eq9 s700 coffee machine and google assistant

Got a eq9 s700 Coffee machine. Set it up on home connect smart app.

I have home connect connected to Google assistant through the google home app. If i say to my spark apeakers 'make me a coffee'. If I just say to my smart speaker ' make me a coffee' it says it isn't able to.

This seems to be because for some silly reason it doesn't seem to know to turn on the machine and then make the coffee.

If I instead say 'turn on the coffee machine' and then after a bit, say ' make me a coffee' then it does it.

Here are my questions

1. How can I stop that being the case and have it turn the machine on and make the coffee when I say make me a coffee?

2. How can I get it to make two coffees simultaneously by voice command rather than just one?
