      <description>&lt;P&gt;Google Customer support is non-existent. Next step is to report them to BBB. My Google Nest is defective. Had a technician to confirm. Made a warranty claim but it goes into a black hole. Nobody ever calls back. It has been three weeks. Last Google product I will ever purchase. Probably means I have to drop ADT also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to look this up to see if it’s a common issue or not, and seems I’m not the only one. So much back and forth, repetitive forms, I’m pretty confident I gave my mailing address 3 separate times in 3 different ways, email, Google forms, email again. Such an extreme waste of time for both Google nest support and myself to get a replacement nest for a faulty one. The people I spoke with in the chat were great but why does the process for something well under $1000 it have to be so complicated? It’s been 3 months to get the replacement, I sent my device back as instructed, well within the timeframe and was still charged $280 for “not returning device”. On the website it even says it has been received??? Now another battle begins to get a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
