Nest Support

Nest Support is completely unacceptable since Google acquired them. I wouldn't recommend Nest products to anyone. I have tried many different telephone numbers with no help. If a Google or Nest person is monitoring this site, please contact me by responding to this message, if you're interested in helping your customers.

Google Nest does not generally contact customers based on posts in this forum.

You can use the link and instructions in the post below to contact Support. Depending on your locale and time of day, you can get a phone callback, chat, or email option. I've seen many recent posts where customers get a phone callback within a minute or so.
