Controlling kids access

Hello all.

My question is simple. Does Google Fiber have a way to monitor and/or control family members profiles so that I can control when my children can access certain devices at certain times, basically controlling those devices within the parameters that the parents can set for access regulation?

I know Xfinity has an internal app that does this, with a profile naming feature that allows certain types of control. I've heard that GF does not allow this kind of parental control for their users. Which I find incredibly hard to believe.

But the way, this should be able to control access for all devices and all platforms.
