Goggle mini keeps restarting during setup

Good day.

My home mini keeps restarting during setup up. When it ask if you here the beep. I didn't have this issue with any of the others just this one

I have factory reset. Power my phone.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing during the setup. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: are you still using the official power cord that came with your Google Home Mini? Is it plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector? Have you tried to plug it into a different wall outlet? Do you have another Google Home Mini device? If yes, have you tried using its power cord to isolate the issue with the power?
